Sean Riley is an instrumental figure in the aviation, port, healthcare, and academic markets. Sean leads several high-profile projects for the Port of Seattle, including the award-winning Concourse D Annex and utility extension to the North Terminal at Sea-Tac International Airport. His reputation for collaboration is also earned from experience leading multidisciplinary teams in consecutive on-call contracts for the Port of Seattle and other clients. Sean understands that great project outcomes stem from effective communication, shared dedication to client success, and trust earned from consistently doing the right thing.
Sean joined Notkin as an intern mechanical engineer and rose in the engineering ranks until he was promoted to Principal in 2018. He holds a professional engineering license in the state of Washington and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
