Mikhail Fuks

Mikhail Fuks has 15 years of mechanical engineering experience with a focus in healthcare facilities for both acute and outpatient care. He's the head of the P2S Healthcare Market, which has grown substantially in recent years, becoming one of the top sectors for P2S. He has sound knowledge in HVAC, including previous experience in designs for cleanrooms, laboratory and manufacturing facilities, and critical facilities such as data centers, call centers, central plants and high-rise structures.

He has managed projects for infrastructure improvements, new construction and remodels. He leads a high-performance team of healthcare project managers, engineers and designers for mechanical, plumbing, electrical and low voltage systems. Their specialty is large, complex and phased healthcare projects with challenging design parameters, schedules, budgets and sustainability goals. The team is well acquainted with working in operating facilities that cannot be shut down and need to maintain patient care at all times. He has developed close relationships with OSHPD and other AHJ staff to address project issues early and engage in an active dialogue for items that require interpretations.

Mikhail's goal is to develop lasting relationships as a trusted advisor with healthcare owners, contractors, architects and fellow engineers so that the team can deliver great facilities on time and on budget.
