Dan Escalona is an experienced construction and project manager of results-driven projects with over 25 years in the industry. He’s been a representative of both the owner and the client and has worked on a variety of projects during the initial concept, program, construction and closeout phase. He understands client needs and adheres to schedule and budget constraints. His field experience helps resolve problems, minimizing risk and resulting in high levels of customer service and client satisfaction. Dan utilizes lessons learned to resolve project changes, preempt unforeseen conditions and conflicts in design documents and project phasing. He schedules the initial scoping of projects, preventing scope gaps and minimizing risk. Dan is versed in contract negotiation, project scheduling, project scoping, impending design problems, document preparation and comprehensive bid packages. He’s successfully managed the construction and administration of significant private & public buildings, capital projects, park and recreation public works projects, along with wet and dry utilities works.
