Carolyn Starling is a human resources professional with over six years of experience and nearly 15 years of overall management experience. As an HR Generalist, Carolyn plays a central role in managing the P2S HR department. Her duties include benefits administration, planning seminars, conducting open enrollment, organizing internal and external training and coordinating employee performance evaluations. She also performs recruitment duties, developing full cycle-recruitment strategies, screening candidates, managing the P2S Employee Referral Program and organizing career fairs. Carolyn is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Professionals In Human Resources Association and the Cal Chamber.
