  • Project Overview

We’re assisting Lundstrom & Associates Architects and Toyota as they plan and design a new, 185,000 SF vehicle processing facility with a fuel island and a two-lane car wash. This processing facility will also house employee breakrooms, an authorization area, parts receiving center, offices, conference room, nurse station and restrooms. Our team is delivering MEP design services for the project which will enhance the capabilities of Toyota’s Pier B facilities.

  • Solution

A more efficient and larger vehicle processing facility is essential for Toyota as they import large volumes of vehicles from Japan each year. Another reason for the new facility is that Toyota must comply with the Port’s strict emission program for truck transport and buildings. The new facility will help the company meet those standards with energy efficient design from P2S.
