  • Solution

We designed a new HVAC system for all classrooms and offices in permanent buildings, and the auditorium and cafeteria. The HVAC system will have web-based EMS (energy management system) controls. The lighting design includes new LED lights with occupancy sensing controls, light fixture selection for LBUSD and photometric calculations for proper lighting levels. We also designed modifications to the natural gas distribution system, additional condensate piping and fire alarm system upgrades in support of ceiling modifications. Telecom design includes projectors and audiovisual control systems for all classrooms, new IDF (intermediate distribution frame) cabinets and a redesign of the station cable infrastructure.
